The tradition-steeped Hotel Gasthof Post in Lech am Arlberg does not only start with a new dining room into the winter season. The management of the kitchen is likewise placed in new – young! – hands. The 35-year old Tyrolian David Wagger will head the brigade of the Post from December onwards.
“My goal is to offer wonderfully relaxing vacation days in culinary terms to the many regular guests of the tradition-steeped property. I try to get across the pleasant feeling of having properly arrived in the lightest and most digestible manner.”
The ambition is high because Lech has the highest Gault Millau toque density per inhabitant and The entire kitchen brigade is looking forward to pampering guests with all secrets of the culinary arts. This means with the best products our region has to offer, with respect for tradition and at the same time openess for cosmopolitan trends.
