The foundations for the impressive success story of the Hotel Post Lech were laid in 1937, when Erich Moosbrugger, a native of Bregenzerwald, and his wife Irma purchased the inn. Moosbrugger came from a family of master builders who were particularly active in the construction of churches around Lake Constance. His personal passion, however, was skiing.
This fact continues to have a significant influence on the lives of the Moosbrugger Family and the development of the 5-star hotel to this day.

The Hotel Post Lech features 54 individually designed rooms and suites. Historic design elements, local woods and natural materials are combined with modern comforts and state-of-the-art technology. From traditional rooms with an Alpine theme to spacious suites, the hotel offers a variety of accommodation options for couples, families and individual needs.

The culinary delights at the Hotel Post Lech are served across four restaurants, including the Panorama Restaurant, the Jägerstube, the Emostube, the Kutscherstube and the Sun Terrace. Under the direction of Executive Chef Michael Volcanjsek, the multi-award-winning cuisine combines regional and seasonal products with international influences.

The Post Beauty & Spa, rated with three lilies in the Relax Guide, combines wellness facilities, swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, a new yoga room and beauty treatments. A particular highlight is the 6,000 m² Ebra Park, featuring a panoramic garden and a 15-metre-long outdoor pool heated all year round.
