The stakes are high because Lech has the largest number of Gault-Millau toques per inhabitant. The entire kitchen brigade looks forward to pampering guests according to all the rules of the culinary arts. That means with the best products which our homeland has to offer, with respect for tradition and at the same time with openness for cosmopolitan trends. Let us whet your appetite!

Around 14,000 bottles are stored in our "Post" wine cellar. Rarities, classics and many a treasure are known far beyond the borders of the Arlberg and are always in great demand, especially among connoisseurs.
The "Post" has been awarded 19 times in a row by the renowned wine magazine "Wine Spectator" for its outstanding wine list, which speaks for itself.

In the Post kitchen, traditional delicacies merge with cosmopolitan influences in a creative way. Only the best ingredients are processed into true works of art. With the necessary respect and love of tradition, each dish is imbued with its very own character.

Good things need time to grow and flourish. Depending on the stock, our own farm includes 25 to 30 Tyrolean stone sheep, which are processed in the Post kitchen after a happy life on the Alpine pastures. This way, the best quality and absolute regionality can be guaranteed during your delicious holidays at the Arlberg.
